Joanne Sojinu is a Christian writer and author of A Mother’s Prayers: A Week-by-Week Devotional for Your Unborn Child, written to help expectant mothers pray, reflect and connect deeply with their unborn baby.
Her passion for writing grew from a desire to encourage people through faith-filled reflections, devotionals, poetry and Scripture. Through her work, Joanne seeks to bring comfort, hope, spiritual encouragement and a deeper awareness of God’s presence in everyday life.
A Mother’s Prayers was inspired by extensive research into prenatal development and a desire to support mothers through the remarkable journey of pregnancy. Combining reflections, prayer and insights into a baby’s development in the womb, the devotional helps mothers partner with God through every stage of pregnancy from conception to birth.
Alongside writing, Joanne has led Bible study groups for many years and has served as a Christian Network Chair within her workplace. She is passionate about encouraging people in their faith and helping them grow in their relationship with God.
Through Joannes Well of Pearls, she shares devotionals, articles and creative works designed to inspire hope, strengthen faith and encourage spiritual growth.
When she is not writing, Joanne enjoys travelling, watching inspiring films and appreciating the beauty of God’s creation.
